Our park homes and lodges are built to the same BS 3632 residential specification for comfortable year-round living. The main difference is layout: park homes are typically more balanced and evenly proportioned, while lodges often feature larger, open social spaces for a relaxed holiday feel.

Yes — our lodges are built to the same BS 3632 residential specification for comfortable year-round living. However, whether you can use a lodge as your main home depends on the park’s licence and planning conditions. Some parks allow full residential use, while others are licensed for holiday use only, which may include closed seasons or limits on how long you can stay.
Yes — our design team will guide you through the options so you can tailor the layout and choose your preferred fixtures, fittings, furnishings and colour schemes from our available product ranges, creating a home that’s uniquely yours.
We build homes for residential and holiday parks across the UK. Tell us which park you’d like to live on and we can contact them to arrange building your new home. If you’re still choosing a park, our team can introduce you to parks that match your brief — or you can browse our interactive Park Finder.
Start by choosing the location you’d like to live in and making a list of the amenities that matter most to you — both on the park and nearby (for example transport links, shops, healthcare, countryside walks, or coastal access). From there, use our interactive Park Finder to narrow down parks in your preferred location. You can also use online search engines to explore local options and compare parks in the region you’re considering.
Prices can vary from one part of the country to another for much the same reasons as traditional housing. Some locations are more popular and in higher demand, while others are less so.
It’s also worth noting that buying a park home isn’t like buying a new car, where the price is usually similar wherever you go. A significant part of the overall cost is linked to the value of the pitch or land, and that can vary considerably depending on local property values and the area’s appeal.
Park homes or lodges on private land usually require a Certificate of Lawfulness or planning permission. We recommend you speak with your local planning authority or a planning consultant early, and we can provide drawings and technical details for the home to support your application. Read our Own Land guide to learn more.
All of our homes come with layered warranty protection for added peace of mind — including our 2-year manufacturer warranty, a 10-year Platinum Seal insurance-backed structural warranty, plus additional manufacturer warranties on key components (such as windows and doors, roof tiles, boilers and appliances). Read our Warranty guide to learn more.
Our dedicated Customer Care team is here to help — we’ll triage your request, arrange any initial diagnostics, and schedule a visit where needed. If you need to report anything, you can contact us by phone, email or post (you’ll find the details on our Contact page). To help us resolve things efficiently, please share as much information as you can up front, including any supporting photos, and always include your home’s unique serial number so we can identify your home.
You can usually find your home’s serial number in a few places:
- Outside the home: look for an identification plate on the exterior, often in the bottom corner of the front door frame or patio door frame.
- Inside the home: there’s often a second plate inside, usually in the bottom corner of the front door frame.
- On the chassis: you may also find an ID plate on the chassis near the tow bar sleeve.
- Paperwork: any handover documents, specifications or warranty paperwork may also list the serial number.
We can design with accessible, everyday comfort in mind. Depending on your needs, we can widen doorways, lower thresholds to exterior doors, add shower seating and grab rails, and include wall-hung basins for easier wheelchair access, to name just a few options.
