You can select a ready-made scheme you’ve seen in a showhome, brochure or on our website — or use it as inspiration for your own twist. From furnishings and furniture to cabinetry, flooring, fixtures and fittings, you can tailor the look from our offerings.
We welcome you, by appointment, to visit our factory design studio in South Wales, or you can meet one of our travelling representatives at a park or a location that suits you.

Stately issues the build price, plan and specification for your tailored home to the park, enabling them to provide your full turnkey figure.

You approve the turnkey costs, plan and specification, and the park confirms with us so we can lock in your design.

Scheduling & build
We schedule the production slot, craft your home, and share the estimated ready date with the park.
