Can you help with both park homes and holiday lodges?
Yes. Send us the details of the home, its location and the work you are considering, and we will confirm whether the scope is suitable.
Do you only take on full refurbishments?
No. The enquiry can be for one repair, a specific room, exterior work or a broader refresh. We will review the scope before advising on next steps.
What should I include in my enquiry?
Tell us the home type, location, approximate age, the work you want done and whether there is any damage or urgency. Photos can be emailed to refurb@stately.co.uk.
How long does a refurbishment take?
This depends on the size and complexity of the project. Small repairs may be completed quickly, while full exterior or interior refurbishments will take longer.
Can I stay in my home while the work is being done?
For smaller maintenance or exterior works, this may be possible. For larger refurbishments, especially where kitchens, bathrooms, flooring, water or electrics are affected, it may be more practical to stay elsewhere while key stages are completed.
Can outside work be done in bad weather?
Outside work is weather dependent. Heavy rain, high winds, frost or unsafe conditions may delay cladding, rendering, roofing, sealing, or exterior repairs. We will always aim to carry out the work in suitable conditions to ensure a safe, high-quality finish.
Will you tell me if weather affects my booking?
Yes. We will keep you updated if poor weather affects the planned start date, timescale or order of work.
Do you guarantee your work?
Yes. We stand by the quality of our workmanship and guarantee our work. Product warranties may vary depending on the materials and components used.
Can you work on homes not originally built by Stately?
Yes. Send us the details and we will review the request.
